Marci Stedman is a Canadian from a small town in Alberta who has travelled much of the world. She has now settled here in Australia and has a husband Geoff and a new little baby boy Matthew. Marci wanted to bring together her love of Canada, cooking and business to her new home, so Marci’s Gourmet was created in 2004, bringing some of Marci’s favourite recipes from Canada to life here in Australia.
All the recipes are sourced from some favourites from Canada. Marci has found unique recipes of high quality that taste sensational. There is no doubt that Marci’s sauces are versatile and loved by many.
She is excited to launch in Australia this fine line of quality sauces - Jalapeno Salsa, Red Wine Liqueur Jelly and Sweet Tangy Mustardy Mayo.
All ingredients used to create our sauces are Australian grown except for the mustard which is Canadian, yet it is purchased here.
Nothing artificial is added to the sauces and they are all gluten free.
